The Tiny Thicket exists to celebrate a slower, more intentional way of living, one that honors nature, community, and thoughtful choices. We believe small actions can create meaningful change, and that the things we bring into our homes and lives should reflect the values we care about.

With every collection, we strive to choose products that are responsibly made and inspired by the natural world. We also believe in giving back, which is why we support environmental and community-focused organizations. From each season’s offerings, we thoughtfully choose to partner with one of three nonprofits whose work aligns with our values:
The Nature Conservancy of Michigan, Pollinator Partnership, or Neighborhood Forest.

By supporting these organizations, we hope to help protect natural spaces, support pollinators, and nurture future generations, one small thicket at a time.

Michigan Bio-Diversity

Neighborhood Forest began with a simple mission: to give every child the joy of planting and watching their very own tree to grow.

The benefits that trees provide help cities and countries meet 15 of the 17 internationally supported United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Pollinator Partnership’s mission is to promote the health of pollinators, critical to food and ecosystems, through conservation, education, and research. In the future, we will have a sustainable and equitable world for people and pollinators, with food production, ecosystems, and economies thriving.

For decades, TNC in Michigan has worked with the people of this Great Lakes state to protect the rivers, lakes and lands that are its natural heritage. We continue to pursue strategies that will help ensure the vitality of Michigan’s people, places and wildlife for generations to come.
